Massages
At Auberge & Spa Beaux Rêves, we offer four different types of massages; you are therefore sure to find what you need at the right moment. For those who wish to get a more traditional massage, there is the Swedish massage: a massage that focuses on the muscles in order to restore their vitality and to improve blood circulation.
We also offer reflexology sessions, that is, massages based on the idea that a few zones or reflex areas on the feet correspond with specific body parts, glands or organs. So, by massaging these zones or areas, it is possible to restore balance in the body, by eliminating any tension.
But if you are dreaming of a whole-body massage, then we recommend the hot stone massage. It is a 90 minutes massage that focuses on the entire body, including face and scalp. As the name suggests, this massage involves hot stones, from which a microscopic swirl of energy emanates. The heat released penetrates the bones et stays there for days, which brings a soothing sensation to the entire body. Cold marble stones are also used, by alternating them with the hot ones, to promote tonus.
Finally, we also offer manual lymphatic drainage, which consist of a massage that boosts lymph circulation, to rid the body of its toxins and to strengthen its immune system. It is a whole-body massage that may help put the brakes on limb swelling, premature aging, cellulite, heavy legs and stretch marks problems, among others, as these are mainly caused by poor lymph circulation.
Spa treatments
As for our body and beauty treatments, we offer facials, which are a must when it comes to beauty care. This treatment consists of an exfoliating facial scrub, which will allow the removal of dead skin cells as well as the extraction of blackheads. This step is followed by the application of a cleansing facial mask and, finally, by a facial and neck massage with essential oil. We also offer whole-body exfoliation: it is a very beneficial treatment as it promotes the body’s remineralisation and hydration. This treatment is ideal as pre-massage care.
We also offer essential oils and seaweed, mud or chocolate body wraps. These wraps act as remineralising treatments, allowing to firm up and tone the skin, while fully relaxing the body. This process is made possible by the covering of the wrapping with a plastic wrap and then a hot blanket; this allows for maximum mineral absorption and relaxation. The treatment is ended with the application of a hydrating wheat germ and vitamin E lotion.
SPA Packages
After your massage or your beauty treatment, you will feel fully relaxed and energized, but given the hectic lives most of us lead, one session is not enough. It is precisely to maximize your escape from daily life that we decided to offer you a variety of packages:

- 7 unique day spa with meals packages
- 6 unique day spa with activities packages.
The day spa packages consist of 2 or 4 treatments of your choice as well as 4 hours access to the Nordic Spa – which includes an outdoor natural thermal stone pond, a jacuzzi with jets, a whirlpool and a waterfall, a Finish barrel sauna, a eucalyptus stream room, a cold cascade and its pond, a Nordic relaxation area with infrared lighting, hammocks, and zero gravity lounge chairs.
As for the day spa with meals packages, it is a 60 minutes treatment of your choice, a lunch or dinner, as well as 4 hours access to the Nordic Spa.
Finally, the day spa with activities packages offer you a choice of activity and 4 hours access to the Nordic Spa. The activities you can choose from are golf, theater, ski, dogsledding, horseback riding, and even a canoe and bike getaway. And you should know that the price for these packages starts at only 40$. So, there is something for everyone’s tastes and budget. It should also be noted that, if you wish, you may get a receipt for insurance purposes.
