Auberge Beaux Rêves — Photo Contest 2026
Contest Period
The Beaux Rêves Photo Contest (the "Contest") is organized by Auberge et Spa Beaux Rêves (the "Contest Organizer"). The Contest begins on August 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. (ET) and is held on a monthly basis, with each calendar month constituting a separate contest period (each, a "Contest Period"). A winner is selected for each Contest Period. Each Contest Period begins at 12:00 a.m. (ET) on the first day of the month and ends at 11:59 p.m. (ET) on the last day of the month. The Contest Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time, subject to applicable law. Entries received outside a Contest Period will not be considered.
Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of the province of Quebec who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Auberge et Spa Beaux Rêves, its representatives and agents, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter.
To enter via social media: during the contest period, post a photo taken at Auberge et Spa Beaux Rêves on Instagram or Facebook and tag @spabeauxreves, and include the hashtag #BeauxRêves2026 (entries using #BeauxReves2026 will also be accepted). Your account must be public at the time of entry and until the winner is confirmed, so that your entry is visible to the Contest Organizer.
To enter by email (no purchase necessary): During the Contest Period, send an email to bienvenue@beauxreves.com with the subject line "Beaux Rêves Photo Contest 2026," including: (a) a photo of Auberge et Spa Beaux Rêves or its grounds, which may be taken from any publicly accessible area of the property; (b) your full name; (c) your telephone number; and (d) a statement confirming that you are a resident of Quebec aged 18 or older. Entries received by email are treated in the same manner as entries received via social media and have the same chance of winning. The email must be received no later than August 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (ET).
There is no limit on the number of entries per person, provided each entry features a different original photo. Each eligible photo posted in accordance with these rules counts as one (1) entry.
By entering, each participant confirms that they are the sole author and owner of the submitted photo, that the photo does not infringe the rights of any third party, and that they have obtained the consent of any identifiable person appearing in the photo.
Prize
There is one (1) prize to be won: spa access for two (2) people at Auberge et Spa Beaux Rêves, with an approximate retail value of $160 CAD.
The prize must be redeemed within three (3) months of the draw date. The prize is subject to availability and a reservation is required. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash. Any costs not expressly described above, including transportation to and from the property, are the responsibility of the winner. The Contest Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value should the prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from among all eligible entries. The draw will take place on the 29th day of each month at Auberge et Spa Beaux Rêves, 2310 Bd de Sainte-Adèle, Sainte-Adèle, QC J8B 2N5.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
Winner Notification
The selected entrant will be contacted by private message on the platform used to enter, or, for entrants who entered by email, at the email address or telephone number provided with their entry, within seven (7) business days of the draw. If the selected entrant does not respond within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, cannot be reached, is ineligible, or declines the prize, they will be disqualified and another entrant will be selected by random draw from the remaining eligible entries.
Once the winner has been confirmed, the winner may be announced on the Contest Organizer's social media channels.
Photo Licence and Repost Permission
By posting a photo with the hashtag #BeauxRêves2026 (or #BeauxReves2026) and tagging @spabeauxreves, each participant grants Auberge et Spa Beaux Rêves a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to repost and share the submitted photo on its social media channels and website, with credit to the participant. Participants retain ownership of their photos at all times.
Publicity Consent
By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the publication of their name by the Contest Organizer on its social media channels, without further compensation, for the purpose of announcing the Contest results.
Personal Information
Personal information collected in connection with the Contest is used solely for the purposes of administering the Contest, including contacting the winner and awarding the prize. It will not be used for any other purpose without consent and will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as required to administer the Contest. Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable Quebec privacy legislation. For any questions regarding personal information, please contact bienvenue@beauxreves.com.
General Conditions
By entering the Contest, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and with the decisions of the Contest Organizer, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Contest.
The Contest Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or non-compliant with these rules, including any photo containing inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content, as determined at its sole discretion.
The Contest Organizer assumes no responsibility for lost, misdirected, or delayed entries, or for any technical failure of the social media platforms used to enter.
Third-Party Platforms
This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, or Facebook. Each participant releases Instagram and Facebook from any and all liability in connection with the Contest. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to the Contest Organizer, not to Instagram or Facebook.
Governing Law and Language
The Contest is governed by the laws applicable in the province of Quebec. These rules are available in French and in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the French version shall prevail.
