BOOKING AND RESERVATION POLICY ACCOMMODATIONS Inn, Merri Monti room with 1 king bed, Merri Monti room with 2 queen beds and Riverside Retreat (with or without a spa package)
- A credit card is required to make any reservation.
- Accommodation reservation
A prepayment of 50% of the total reservation amount is required. The balance of your stay is payable on arrival. - The day of your arrival
You will need to show a credit card and proof of photo identification. Presentation of this ID is mandatory, otherwise the room cannot be rented to you. - A la carte spa/Treatments
Full payment required upon reservation.

Cancellation more than 7 days before arrival date = no charge.
Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival date = 50% non-refundable deposit.
Cancellation on the same day of arrival or in the event of no-show, the entire stay will be charged. - A la carte Spa reservation/Treatments
Cancellation more than 48 hours before your appointment = no charge.
Cancellation less than 48 hours before your appointment = no refund. - Gift certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable.
Preparing your visit to our Nordic spa
Be sure to bring a bathing suit and sandals (mandatory). Also, we strongly recommend bringing a reusable water bottle and a lock. You can bring your own bathrobe or rent one on site. Women and men’s changing rooms are available for your convenience for your personal belongings.
It’s also a good idea to bring sunglasses, a hat (or tuque in the winter) and a book.
Arrival and departure times
Guests are invited to arrive 15 minutes before their reservation.
Guests must respect their reservation’s scheduled end time. Our schedules are the key for ensuring enjoyable experiences for all our guests. Rain or shine, our operating hours are from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Every day is a great day to visit us 🙂

Hygiene
Guests must take a shower before using our facilities.
Respect
In an effort to provide our guests a relaxing environment and ensure a pleasant experience, we may limit access to baths.
Indoor and outdoor relaxation chairs are for all guests. Your personal belongings should not be left on the chairs when you move around the grounds.
Safety
During the cold winter months and depending on the number of guests in our Nordic spa, some stations may not be accessible for safety reasons. We appreciate your understanding.
While our goal is that you take full advantage of our beautiful natural setting, we ask that you exercise caution when exploring our grounds. Nature can be unpredictable, and we are not responsible for accidents.
Important information about massage therapy
Please arrive at the area specified by our receptionist at least 15 minutes before your massage to complete a health form. Your massage therapist will meet you there.
To respect the reservation schedule for all our guests, your treatment may be shortened if you arrive late to your appointment.
Please note that only the person who receives the massage can request a massage therapy receipt.
Smoking
Smoking is forbidden in our rooms, suites, private patios/terraces and Nordic spa. Smoking is only allowed in our designated smoking areas. Non-compliance will result in a $250 fine for cleaning.
Noise
True to Scandinavian tradition, our Nordic spa is a meeting place where guests are allowed to have respectful conversations.
While free Wi-Fi is available, we ask that guests turn off their ringers. Also, any phone conversations should be brief and quiet as to not bother other guests.
Preparing an overnight stay
Arrival and departure times
Check-in: 4 p.m.
Checkout: noon
Our official check-in time is 4 p.m., however, we will gladly hand you the keys to your room earlier if possible!
Breakfast for overnight guests
Most reservations include a lunch-box breakfast delivered to your room or suite no later than 8:30 a.m.
Alcohol
The consumption of alcohol purchased off-site is only allowed in your room, suite, private patio/terrace or on the grounds of the cottage or retreat. Glass containers and personal alcohol are strictly forbidden in our Nordic spa and throughout the inn’s common areas.
