Before the visit
How do I book my Nordic spa access?+
Book online via our Reservit system or by phone at 1 800 279-7679. Reservation required for the Nordic spa.
Should I bring anything specific?+
Swimsuit, sandals and reusable water bottle. Lock, bathrobe and towel for rent if not included. Sunglasses and toque in winter.
Can I come with children?+
Nordic spa access is reserved for 16 years and older to ensure guest tranquility. For accommodation, all ages welcome.
What attire is required on site?+
Swimsuit required in pools. Bathrobe and sandals to move between stations. Casual attire in common areas.
During the stay
What is the typical thermal circuit?+
10-15 min hot (sauna), 10-60 sec cold (river or waterfall), 20-30 min relaxation. Repeat 3 times for full effects.
Is there food service on site?+
Breakfast delivered to room in some packages. No meal service on site — we recommend nearby local restaurants.
Are massages included in spa access?+
No, massages are an additional service to book separately. Combined Spa + Massage packages available at preferential rate.
Can I use my phone in rest areas?+
We ask guests to keep phones discreet out of respect for others. No total silence — convivial atmosphere.
How does the BR+ experience work?+
BR+ gives access to exclusive stations: Siberian sauna, infrared sauna, Himalayan salt room, pressotherapy boots and neuromuscular massage.
Cancellation policy
What is the cancellation deadline without fees?+
Spa access: 48h before appointment. Accommodation: 7 days before arrival. Beyond that, fees may apply (50% for accommodation).
Can I modify my reservation date?+
Yes, free of charge up to 48h before for spa and 7 days before for accommodation. Contact us for modifications.
What happens in case of bad weather?+
The Nordic spa experience is even more magical in snow or rain. No refund for weather. In case of major storm, contact us.
Are packages refundable?+
Depending on package. Most are cancellable with above deadlines. Gift certificates are non-refundable. See conditions at booking.
