How to book?+
Credit card required. 50% prepayment for accommodation. Full payment for à la carte spa/treatments.
Accommodation cancellation policy+
More than 7 days before: no fees. Less than 7 days: 50% non-refundable. Day of or no-show: 100%.
À la carte spa cancellation+
More than 48h before: no fees. Less than 48h: no refund.
Gift certificates+
Non-refundable. Valid for indicated duration. Transferable if specified.
What to bring
For the Nordic spa+
Swimsuit, sandals, water bottle, lock, bathrobe (rent or bring). Sunglasses and toque in winter.
For accommodation+
ID required at arrival. Credit cards accepted. Bathrobe loaned for accommodation guests.
For massages+
Underwear for treatments. Insurance receipts issued on request directly by massage therapists.
Winter vs summer+
Winter: toque, après-ski boots. Summer: sunscreen, hat. Year-round: warm clothes even in summer (after spa).
What is provided+
Spa towel. Bathrobe and sandals depending on package. Basic toiletries in rooms. Free WiFi everywhere.

Distance from Montreal+
Approximately 1h drive north. Highway 15 North, exit 67 (Sainte-Adèle-Centre-ville), then 3.7 km straight.
Train or bus access+
Galland Bus from Montreal (Berri-UQAM): stop at 2 km. Train + TCIL bus: stop at 500 m. Car recommended for comfort.
Parking+
Free on site. Multiple spaces available. Walking to suites possible year-round.
