No. Promotions are not stackable — one per reservation.
What's the cancellation policy on promotions? +
Free cancellation up to 48h before arrival. After that, fees may apply depending on the package.
Who qualifies for STAFF NIGHT n DAY? NEW+
Anyone working in hospitality — restaurants, hotels, bars, cafés, spas — as well as locals whose day off falls on a Monday. [Proof of employment / local ID required at check-in.]
Do I have to stay overnight for STAFF NIGHT n DAY? NEW+
No, STAFF NIGHT n DAY is a spa day. You can add a Sunday night before, a Monday night after, or both – but none of it is required.
When is the next EXTRAVAGANZA? +
EXTRAVAGANZA runs twice a year, in November and June. Quantities are limited. Join the mailing list and you'll hear before it opens.
When should I book for the fall colours? NEW +
Peak colour in Sainte-Adèle is usually late September to early October, and those dates book first. September weekdays are the region's best-kept secret.
Do gift certificates expire? +
